How To Deposit Funds To Your MyLotto Account

Depositing funds into your MyLotto online account is easy.

You can do this by using your Visa or MasterCard or your bank's internet/phone bill payment.

Please note, the minimum deposit is $10 with a maximum deposit of $150 per week.

Deposit Funds Using Visa or Mastercard

Deposits made by Visa/MasterCard online are processed through a secure and encrypted connection. Successful deposits will appear in your MyLotto account immediately.

To deposit funds using a Visa/MasterCard
1. Login to MyLotto
2. Click on the Deposit Funds button in the top left of your screen.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to use an existing card or register a new card.

Note: If your registered Visa/Mastercard detail has changed (including expiration date) please use the "Register a new card" option.

We do not hold or have access to your card details. All transactions are processed by DPS - a trusted industry online payments solution provider.

Deposit Funds Using Bill Payment

MyLotto is setup as a pre-assigned bill payee with all major NZ banks. This allows you to deposit funds into your MyLotto online account using internet or phone banking.

Please note, deposits made by internet or phone banking can take up to two full working days to appear in your MyLotto online account.

To deposit funds using bill payment:
1. Setup MyLotto as a bill payee with your bank by either placing a call to them or through internet banking.
2. If you elect to use phone banking, the bank will ask you for the payee name. This is MyLotto.
3. If you elect to use internet banking, we recommend that you search for "MyLotto".
4. After the initial set up you can select MyLotto as a bill payee on your internet and phone banking account each time you wish to deposit funds into your MyLotto online account.

Please note that all deposits must have your ten digit MyLotto customer account number in the reference field. This number can be found on the Deposit Funds screen within the My Account section. As additional confirmation also include your surname in the code field. Payments made without your unique ten digit customer account number will not contain enough information for us to reconcile, and will not be credited to your MyLotto account.

The following banks have MyLotto setup as a bill payee -

ASB
ANZ
BNZ
HSBC
Kiwi Bank
National Bank
TSB
Westpac

If your bank is not on this list, please contact the MyLotto Customer Support team to get our bank account number for manual setup.
