The numbers from 000,000 to 999,999 should be viewed as circular, and for the purposes of this game the number 000,000 is next to 999,999.

You can think of it like a clock, where the number 12 is next to the number 1.

For example, if your Bullseye number is 000,001 and the Bullseye winning number is 999,998, then you have matched within five numbers and won Division Two.
