Life at Lotto

For staff who choose to join kiwisaver, Lotto NZ will contribute a maximum of 3% employer contribution to their kiwisaver fund.
Health & Life Insurance
Insurance cover is provided to all permanent staff which includes base line medical insurance, life and income protection.
One paid volunteer day is provided to staff to support their local charities and communities
Between Christmas and New Year each year, all Lotto staff members are given an extra paid day’s leave.
Staff are given up to a maximum of $200 per year towards the cost of a physical or educational activity that benefits your health and wellbeing.
For our Auckland based employees, there is an on-site gym shared with occupants in the building that is open to staff members.
We understand that our staff need flexibility to create a balance between work and their personal lives and subsequently offer flexible working options to staff as practicable.
Fresh fruit and biscuits are provided each day in our offices for staff to enjoy.
