MyLotto Subscriptions Promotion 2016

Terms and conditions

1) The MyLotto Subscriptions Promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 1 January to 31 December 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

2) To enter the promotion you must complete a successful purchase via a Lotto Subscription on Lotto New Zealand’s (“Lotto NZ”) MyLotto website during the Promotion Period. Each successful purchase during the Promotion Period will create a separate entry (“Entry”).

3) A Promotion prize draw (“Draw”) will be held within five (5) business days of each month of the Promotion Period. One valid Entry will be randomly drawn each Draw by Lotto NZ. Each Entry will be included in the Draw following the month the Entry was created only.

4) For each Draw, there is one (1) Prize awarded and the Prize winner will have the choice of one of two Prizes:

       a) The equivalent to a one year subscription of the winning entry (ie; 52 x the winning subscription's value), which will be paid in cash (“Cash Prize”).
       The winner's other Entries are not included in the Prize value calculation; or

       b) One voucher for a two-night Air New Zealand Deluxe Mystery Break for two people, consisting of return domestic air travel (Seat & Bag) on
       Air New Zealand and 4-5 star accommodation for two nights at your mystery destination (“Travel Prize”).

5) The Travel Prize does not include meals, drinks (including hotel mini-bar), local or international phone calls, internet access, taxes, travel insurance, or any other costs or expenses, all of which must be borne by the Travel Prize winner. 6) Prize winners will be notified directly via email and the Promotion results will be published on the MyLotto website as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw.

7) The Prize winner must confirm their choice of Prize and provide any information required to enable the prize to be delivered in their reply to the notification email.

8) A Cash Prize will be paid to winners by direct credit to their bank account.

9) A Travel Prize will be issued to the Winner in the form of an Air New Zealand Mystery Break voucher. An Air New Zealand Mystery Break voucher is valid for twelve months from date of issue. If the Prize is not taken during this period the Air New Zealand Mystery Break voucher will expire and the Travel Prize will be forfeited.

11) Changes to the Air New Zealand Mystery Break voucher by the Prize winner are at the Prize winner’s cost.

12) Prize Winners who choose the Cash Prize must confirm their bank account. Prize Winners who choose the Travel Prize must confirm their email address for voucher delivery. Confirmation can be emailed to or sent to Lotto NZ MyLotto Promotion, PO Box 8929, Symonds St, Auckland 1150. If this information is not provided within thirty (30) days of Prize notification the Prize will be forfeited and Lotto NZ may redraw the Prize.

13) Lotto NZ shall have the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time and may terminate the Promotion at any time.

14) By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15) As a condition of claiming a Prize, a Prize winner and the Prize winner’s travel companion (in the case of the Air New Zealand Mystery Break Prize) agrees to make themselves available for publicity purposes at Lotto NZ’s discretion and expense. A prize winner will not receive payment for such publicity. Publicity may include posting of a prize winner’s name and image on Lotto NZ’s MyLotto website.

16) Lotto NZ's decision on all entries and any Promotion matters (including the Prize value) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17) Lotto NZ will collect and use, for the purposes of the Promotion, your personal information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable) by contacting Lotto NZ.
