How do I make sure I'm in to win with every draw?
You will need to select 'Play both Wednesdays & Saturdays' for your ticket to be in to win in both the Wednesday and Saturday draws.
Can I be in just one draw a week?
Yes, you can choose to play just on Wednesday or just on Saturday by simply clicking on the button for that draw above.
What is the deadline for setting up my Subscription in time for the next Lotto draw?
To ensure that you are included in the next Lotto draw, you will need to set up your Subscription before MyLotto closes at 11pm on Monday evening for the Wednesday draw or before 11pm on Thursday evening for the Saturday draw.
When are my tickets purchased during my Subscription?
Lotto tickets are purchased each week on Tuesday mornings before the Wednesday night draw and on Friday mornings before the Saturday night draw. We will notify you by email when your ticket has been purchased.
Do Subscription purchases count to my spending limits?
Yes, Subscription purchases will count towards your personal spending limits on MyLotto.
Will you ever stop my subscription?
We will automatically stop your subscription if we are unable to successfully purchase it three times in a row – for example, if you have exceeded your spending limits or have insufficient funds. You will be notified via email when it has been stopped and you’re welcome to restart it again if you wish.
How do the credit card payments work? Is it secure?
We will only make a payment from your credit card for your Subscription if you have authorised us to do so and if you have insufficient funds available in your MyLotto account at the time of purchase.
Please note that there is a minimum amount of $1 that will apply for all credit card top up payments - any remaining funds will be credited to your MyLotto account.
We don’t store any credit card numbers ourselves. All credit card details are securely stored by Payment Express, a trusted payment provider.
What if I don’t want to use my credit card?
If you choose not to use your credit card on MyLotto, you will need to make sure that you top up your account using internet banking prior to your ticket being purchased. If you don't then your ticket purchase may be declined due to lack of funds.
