A Strike Four player from Auckland wins $100,000
One lucky Strike player from Auckland will be celebrating a great start to summer after winning $100,000 with Strike Four in tonight’s live Lotto draw.
The winning Lotto ticket was sold at Mitchell’s Paper Power in Auckland.
Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $10 million.
Lotto First Division will be $1 million and Strike Four will be an estimated $100,000 on Saturday.
A special Lotto draw is being held this Saturday to support the people of Kaikoura/Hurunui and the surrounding regions. All profits from Saturday’s Lotto, Powerball and Strike draw will go to the Kaikoura/Hurunui earthquake relief fund.
“Kiwis love playing Lotto to help support our communities, and the Kaikoura community is in need of help right now. We know that Lotto players will be glad to have the opportunity to help Kaikoura through their weekly ticket purchase,” said Lotto NZ’s Chief Executive Wayne Pickup.
Anyone who bought their ticket from the above store should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at MyLotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ ticket-checker app.
